that's strange. I keep talking to people who like, know nothing about it, but i got a packet AND ordered mine already. definitely keep an eye out, or just read the pdf packet thing you can get on the risd intranet and then go here:

it's kind of weird that some people haven't gotten it yet.
it's also kind of weird that we have to blow this much money on things we mostly already have, too.

Well I live in China, so I'm still quite a distance from you. And RISD. Haha.
Mail usually takes about a month, unless they DHL it over hurr. Which they usually don't....

ARR I hope we can buy it from the Apple store or get it in such a way so that we can get the FREE IPOD TOUCH THAT COMES WITH A MACBOOK PRO

WHY RISD WHYYYYY????

I'd rather go buy the MBP on my own, get the free iTouch and get the programs needed onto my computer by... SHARING!

if they were really smart, they'd just buy a couple of master suites and have everyone share it. like, this way, we don't even get the handbooks/CDs that it comes with, so when (not if, WHEN) our macs die, everything goes with it. what a genius plan. epic fail. there's about 10 better ways to handle this.

Well, there's special IT people who are supposed to be there 24/7 pretty much to fix our problems if we have any. I guess that's the only benefit.
